A little about the brand...

Here at Piece of Mind Arts you will find various ways of up-cycling secondhand clothing. I use remnant & dead-stock fabrics in my practice. I aim to be as sustainable as possible and have the goal of making minimal waste when I am creating these pieces.

It is a joy to create artwork for a living, as well as contribute to the slow fashion movement.

Slow fashion is all about taking a mindful approach when building your wardrobe. It considers quality over quantity, reducing waste buy mending, and ethical production. This is in direct contrast to fast fashion industry which is focused on quantity and cheap labor; by valuing ethical labor, durable natural or recycled materials, timeless designs.

Every piece is unique and one of a kind just like you!

2023 Mark Twain Art Show

A juried exhibit featuring more than 150 local and renowned artists. Hanging gallery and virtual gallery open to the public during Library business hours.

My embroidery Evening Moon was accepted for this years showing. It features multiple embroidery stitches, as well hand beading. It sold that evening!
